Job Description

The Dental Lounge is a fast growing dental office with amazing patient experience. We are well-known for having the highest quality dentistry.

Our Call Center Manager will be responsible for leading our member care team and ensuring that all patients are satisfied with our services and experience a pleasant experience with The Dental Lounge. The right candidate will be able to maintain high customer satisfaction and engagement levels while managing the team, and keeping everyone on paste, and motivating the team for success and proactivity. They will also possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2-3 years of management experience in an office or call center setting.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills required
• Outstanding organizational and leadership skills required ·
• Strong leadership ability
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Ability to manage in a fast paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Ensure that all calls are treated in an respectful manner, with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,818.00 - $60,716.00 per year
